This is the Taylor T5-C4 Custom—an exceptionally rare version of the T5 line, topped with a stunning figured walnut finish you just don’t see often (if ever). It’s easily one of the cleanest, most elegant guitars Taylor ever put out, and chances are, this is the only one like it on Reverb right now.

The condition is excellent overall with just a couple minor blemishes, but nothing that takes away from the beauty or performance. The playability is right where you’d want it—smooth action, fast neck, and a tone that blends acoustic character with electric flexibility in a way few guitars can. Whether you’re fingerpicking unplugged or running it through your pedalboard, it’s a seriously inspiring instrument.

It comes with the original hardshell case and even the original instructional DVD, making it a full, collector-worthy package.

Like all my guitars, this one’s been cared for and dialed in—no guesswork, no surprises, just a great instrument that’s ready to play.

Reach out if you have questions—but if you know what this is, you probably already understand how special it is.

Buying direct from me

I bought this guitar, inspected it, photographed it, dialed it in, and I'll be the one packing it. If something isn't right when it arrives, you're not filing a ticket — you're emailing the person who put it in the box.

Same guitar, same packing, same insurance, same 3-day return window you'd get anywhere else I list it. It just costs less here, because there's no platform fee in the price.

Questions before you buy? Ask me anything — more photos, a specific measurement, or anything the listing doesn't cover.

Shipping & Insurance

Ships within 1 business day via UPS or FedEx Ground — typically 3-5 business days in transit. Every guitar is fully insured for its full purchase price, with signature required on delivery. Packed properly — hard cases shipped in a double box with foam padding, strings detuned, neck and headstock supported.

Flat $75 shipping anywhere in the US, no matter the price of the guitar. Full details in the shipping policy.

Returns

3 days from delivery to decide. That's your window to let me know, not to get it back to me. Play it, check it against the listing, and message me if anything's off.

Not as described, or damaged in shipping? Full refund, including the shipping you paid, and I pay return shipping. “As described” means everything in the listing: photos, condition notes, specs and included accessories. Every guitar is insured for its full price. If it's damaged in transit, I handle the carrier claim, and you choose between a repair at my expense or a full refund.

Changed your mind? Return it in the condition it arrived, with everything it came with, for a flat $150 fee. The fee is the same whether the guitar was $900 or $9,000, not a percentage. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Start any return through the return policy page or contact me directly before shipping anything back.
