Refund policy
Aeonic Frets, every guitar is individually selected, carefully inspected, and professionally set up before it reaches you. Because of the hands-on nature of this process and the fact that we are not a traditional retail shop, returns are limited and handled with care
Returns
We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- The guitar must be returned in the same condition it was received
- The item must include all original contents (case, case candy, accessories, etc.)
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
- All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a fully insured shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until it is received back
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be denied if:
- The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
- The return is requested outside of the 2-day window
- The item is not returned with all included components
Damaged Items (Shipping Protection)
Every guitar is shipped with full insurance coverage.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging

- Cover the cost of repairs, or

Provide a full refund upon return
Damage claims must be reported promptly so we can file with the carrier.
