I stand behind every guitar I sell. Here's exactly how returns work — no fine print, no runaround.
Not as described or damaged in shipping Free
If what shows up doesn't match the listing — condition, specifications, or anything else I documented — I'll make it right. No argument, no hassle.
Contact me within 3 days of delivery and I'll arrange a full refund including return shipping. Once the guitar is back and confirmed in its original condition, you'll receive a complete refund to your original payment method.
This is the kind of seller I want to buy from, so it's the kind of seller I'm going to be.
3-day at-home inspection $150 flat
Neck feel is the most personal thing about a guitar, and you cannot get it through a screen. So treat the first three days as your inspection: unbox it, plug it in, play it, and decide with the thing actually in your hands.
If it turns out not to be the one:
- Contact me within 3 days of delivery
- Return it in the same condition it shipped — no new wear, damage, or missing components
- A flat $150 fee applies — the same whether the guitar was $900 or $9,000. Not a percentage.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility
Being straight with you: $150 does not actually cover what a changed-mind return costs me once you count the shipping I have already paid, the card processing fees I do not get back, and re-photographing and relisting the guitar. I would rather absorb the difference than have you talk yourself out of an instrument because the way out was expensive.
Once the guitar is back and I have confirmed its condition, I refund the purchase price minus that fee. If it comes back changed, damaged, or missing pieces, we will talk — that is a different conversation than simply not bonding with it.

Reach out through the contact page before shipping anything back. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue and I'll get back to you quickly with next steps.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
