Return Policy
I stand behind every guitar I sell. Here's exactly how returns work — no fine print, no runaround.
Not as described or damaged in shipping Free
If what shows up doesn't match the listing — condition, specifications, or anything else I documented — I'll make it right. No argument, no hassle.
Contact me within 3 days of delivery and I'll arrange a full refund including return shipping. Once the guitar is back and confirmed in its original condition, you'll receive a complete refund to your original payment method.
This is the kind of seller I want to buy from, so it's the kind of seller I'm going to be.
Changed your mind 15% restocking fee
I understand it happens. If you'd like to return a guitar because it's not the right fit, I'll work with you — under these conditions:
- Contact me within 3 days of delivery
- Guitar must be returned in the exact same condition it shipped — no new wear, damage, or missing components
- A 15% restocking fee applies to cover my time, relisting costs, and original shipping
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility
Once the guitar arrives and I've confirmed its condition, I'll issue a refund of the purchase price minus the restocking fee.
How to start a return
Reach out through the contact page before shipping anything back. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue and I'll get back to you quickly with next steps.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If you have questions about a guitar before buying — condition, playability, specs, what's included — just ask. I'd rather answer ten questions upfront than deal with a return after.
