There’s something quietly impressive about the early-2000s Schecter Diamond Series guitars, and this CSH-1 is a great example of why they’ve earned such a loyal following. It doesn’t try to be flashy for the sake of it — it’s just a well-built, thoughtfully designed semi-hollow that delivers a wide range of usable tones and plays effortlessly.
This one is finished in See-Thru Cherry, showing off the figured maple top with a deep, rich red that looks even better in person. The semi-hollow construction gives it a bit of air and openness acoustically, while still feeling solid and controlled when plugged in. Condition is excellent overall — very clean for its age, with only a few small, light surface scratches here and there. Nothing structural, nothing distracting.
Plugged in, it’s a versatile guitar. The Duncan Designed humbuckers have a full, articulate voice with plenty of clarity, and the coil-split functionality opens things up nicely when you want brighter, more single-coil-like tones. It’s equally comfortable handling warm, rounded cleans or pushed, mid-forward drive without getting muddy.
Playability is where this guitar really shines. The set neck feels smooth and broken-in, the fretwork is clean, and it has that effortless feel that makes you want to keep playing longer than you planned.

Like all my guitars, this one’s been cared for and dialed in—no guesswork, no surprises, just a great instrument that’s ready to play. I personally inspect and test every guitar before it ships, making sure it’s in the exact condition I’d want to receive myself. These guitars come from me, not a shop—each one gets the kind of attention and care only a real guitar lover gives. Ships fast and fully insured
I bought this guitar, inspected it, photographed it, dialed it in, and I'll be the one packing it. If something isn't right when it arrives, you're not filing a ticket — you're emailing the person who put it in the box.
Same guitar, same packing, same insurance, same 3-day return window you'd get anywhere else I list it. It just costs less here, because there's no platform fee in the price.
