Some guitars show up with attitude before you even plug them in—this HM Strat is one of them. Fender brought this cult classic back for a reason, and this Bright White reissue absolutely nails the vibe: sleek, fast, 80s-inspired, and built to rip.
This one is in excellent condition overall, with only some light rash near the neck heel to mention. No dings, no deep scratches, nothing that takes away from how sharp it looks. I just went through it myself—fresh 10s, a perfectly balanced Floyd Rose, polished frets, and spot-on intonation. It plays exactly the way an HM Strat should: fast, responsive, and ready for anything from tight rhythm work to full-on shred.
The specs on these reissues are fantastic—lightweight basswood body, slim C-to-D neck profile, 17” radius, and the HM humbucker with coil-split paired with two hot single coils. It’s the kind of setup that lets you cover way more ground than you’d expect from a guitar with this kind of edge.
