I’ve handled a lot of PRS guitars over the years, and this particular Custom 24 10-Top is one of those examples that immediately reminds you why this model has been such a flagship for PRS for decades. The Custom 24 has always been the modern PRS calling card — sleek, precise, versatile, and unmistakably refined — but the 10-Top on this one takes it into another tier visually.

The Carroll Blue Smokeburst finish is absolutely killer in person. The top has that deep, rippling flame that shifts hard under the light, with bold blue figuring running across the body and darker edges that give it a dramatic, almost oceanic look. It’s clean, glossy, and striking without feeling overdone. Paired with the natural mahogany back, bird inlays, hybrid-style hardware accents, and classic PRS doublecut shape, it has a premium look from every angle.

Condition is excellent and very close to like new. This is an open-box guitar with no real blemishes to note. The body and neck are both excellent, the frets are excellent, the rosewood board is clean, and the full package presents beautifully. It includes the PRS hard case and complete case candy.

Playability is exactly what I’d hope for from a modern Core PRS. The factory setup feels excellent, with low action, spot-on intonation, and a smooth, fast Pattern Thin neck. The frets feel clean and precise, and the guitar has that effortless, polished PRS feel where everything just works. The Gen III tremolo feels solid and responsive, and the Phase III locking tuners keep things stable and easy to manage.

The DMO Bass and DMO Treble humbuckers give this one a wide, articulate voice with plenty of clarity and punch. The 5-way blade makes it incredibly versatile, covering everything from full humbucker authority to cleaner, more open split-style tones. It’s the kind of guitar that can handle modern gain, clean ambient playing, lead work, studio layering, and stage use without feeling boxed into one lane.

What stood out to me:

  • 2025 PRS Custom 24 10-Top
  • Carroll Blue Smokeburst finish
  • Killer figured 10-Top maple top
  • Mahogany body and mahogany Pattern Thin neck
  • Rosewood fingerboard with bird inlays
  • PRS DMO Bass and DMO Treble humbuckers
  • 5-way blade switching
  • PRS Gen III tremolo
  • Phase III locking tuners
  • Excellent factory setup with low action
  • Spot-on intonation
  • Excellent frets
  • Open-box / like-new condition
  • Includes OHSC and complete case candy

This is a beautiful, high-end PRS that really checks the boxes — killer top, clean condition, strong factory setup, versatile pickups, and that unmistakable Custom 24 feel. It looks incredible, plays effortlessly, and feels every bit like the kind of guitar PRS built its reputation on.

Like all my guitars, this one’s been cared for and dialed in—no guesswork, no surprises, just a great instrument that’s ready to play. I personally inspect and test every guitar before it ships, making sure it’s in the exact condition I’d want to receive myself. These guitars come from me, not a shop—each one gets the kind of attention and care only a real guitar lover gives. Ships fast and insured.

⏳ Quick note
These guitars don’t usually sit. Most are purchased within 1–5 days, and I regularly hear from watchers after the listing has already sold. If this one’s on your radar, now’s the window!
