PRS CE 24 Semi-Hollow 2019 - Present - Eriza Verde

I’ve handled quite a few PRS guitars, and this particular CE 24 Semi-Hollow has that special thing the good ones have — it feels alive the second you pick it up. The Eriza Verde finish is already a standout color, but this one has a really strong figured top that shifts between deep green and almost yellow-gold depending on the light. Add in the semi-hollow body and that little f-hole, and it has a look that feels a little more unique than your average CE.

The neck is one of the coolest parts of this guitar. It has a rare, intense flame to it that you do not always see on these, and it gives the whole guitar a more custom-shop feel in person. The maple neck, PRS bird inlays, figured top, natural back, and semi-hollow construction all come together in a way that feels classy but still modern and aggressive.

Playability is excellent. It has brand new 10s on it, the frets are like new, the intonation is spot on, and it plays cleanly with a comfortable setup. At 7.01 pounds on my scale, it has a really nice balance — light enough to feel easy on the shoulder, but still solid and resonant. The original pickups sound excellent and give you that wide PRS range: clear and articulate when clean, but with plenty of punch when pushed.

Condition-wise, I’d call this one very clean overall with a couple noted finish flaws. There is one chip on the front horn/wing area and another chip on the back, both shown in the photos. Outside of those spots, it presents beautifully and has the kind of glossy, figured look that makes this one hard to ignore.
