There’s something timeless about an ebony Les Paul, and this Traditional Pro absolutely nails that classic, no-nonsense vibe. The black finish has that deep, inky look that never goes out of style—elegant, aggressive, and unmistakably Gibson the moment you open the case.

The top is in excellent shape and presents beautifully. The satin-style sides and back show some light wear and surface scratches from normal use over the years, but nothing distracting—if anything, it gives the guitar a bit of honest character. Overall, it still shines and looks great for its age.

Weight: 7.6 pounds

60s profile neck

Playability is where this one really delivers. It’s been professionally set up with comfortably low action and spot-on intonation. Frets have been polished nicely. Fretboard has been conditioned. The neck is straight, the frets feel great under the fingers, and it plays cleanly all the way up the board. It’s the kind of guitar that immediately feels broken in—in the best way.

Tonally, this Traditional Pro covers a lot of ground. The push/pull knobs open up a wide range of sounds, letting you move from thick, authoritative Les Paul punch to more articulate, airy tones when you need them. It’s a versatile workhorse that still stays true to that classic Gibson voice—warm, powerful, and full.

It comes with the original Gibson hardshell case, keeping everything correct and protected.

Like all my guitars, this one’s been cared for and dialed in—no guesswork, no surprises, just a great instrument that’s ready to play. I personally inspect and test every guitar before it ships, making sure it’s in the exact condition I’d want to receive myself. These guitars come from me, not a shop—each one gets the kind of attention and care only a real guitar lover gives. Ships fast and fully insured
