Questions about this guitar?

This 2024 Gibson Les Paul Supreme in Fireburst is a seriously striking modern Les Paul. Gibson took the familiar single-cut formula and pushed it into high-end territory with an AAA figured maple top over a weight-relieved mahogany body, ebony fingerboard, multi-ply binding, gold hardware, and the kind of appointments that make it feel special the second you pick it up.

The Fireburst finish is absolutely the centerpiece on this one. The flamed maple has a ton of movement, with a bright natural center that rolls into deep red and nearly black edges. It looks incredible under normal lighting, but once it catches direct light, the figuring really comes alive. The top on this particular guitar is especially strong—it has that dramatic, almost three-dimensional flame that makes you stop and stare at it for a second.

Gibson paired the Burstbucker Pro neck pickup with a Burstbucker Pro Plus in the bridge, giving this guitar a really useful spread of sounds. The neck pickup stays warm, clear, and full without getting muddy, while the bridge pickup has more push, bite, and rock authority behind it. Beyond the standard humbucker tones, the push/pull controls add coil tapping, phase switching, and Pure Bypass functionality, so there is a lot more range here than you would expect from a traditional Les Paul layout.

The neck is a SlimTaper mahogany profile with an ebony fingerboard, 22 medium-jumbo frets, and a compound radius that feels comfortable for both chords and lead work. It also has Gibson’s Modern Contoured Heel, which makes upper-fret access noticeably easier than on a more traditional Les Paul. At only 8.06 pounds on my scale, it is a fantastic weight—light enough to be comfortable for long sessions while still feeling substantial and resonant in your hands.

This one was recently set up and plays great, with spot-on intonation, excellent frets, and a comfortable action. It has a really smooth feel, sounds amazing, and is the kind of guitar that makes it easy to keep playing longer than you planned to.

Condition-wise, I am calling it very good overall to be fully transparent. The top is very clean with only a couple light scratches here and there, and it still presents beautifully from the front. The back has more honest play wear, including a fair amount of buckle rash, surface scratching, a more noticeable scrape through the finish, and additional scratches around the sides. None of that affects the way it plays or sounds, but I want the condition to be accurately represented. It is a stunning guitar from the front and an incredible player overall.

It includes a Gibson hardshell case, inspection sheet, Gibson Gold Warranty booklet, and owner’s manual.

Like all my guitars, this one’s been cared for and dialed in—no guesswork, no surprises, just a great instrument that’s ready to play. I personally inspect and test every guitar before it ships, making sure it’s in the exact condition I’d want to receive myself. These guitars come from me, not a shop—each one gets the kind of attention and care only a real guitar lover gives. Ships fast and insured.

Quick note: These guitars don’t usually sit. Most are purchased within 1–5 days, and I regularly hear from watchers after the listing has already sold. If this one’s on your radar, now’s the window!
