This Gibson Les Paul Studio Session in Cobalt Blue is one of those guitars that feels a lot more expensive than the name on the truss rod cover would suggest. The top on this one is especially good—the flame is heavy and moves really well across the blue finish, and the binding gives it a much more dressed-up look than I normally associate with a Studio.

At 8.82 lbs on my scale, it has a really nice Les Paul weight without feeling overly heavy. The neck measures 20.4mm at the 1st fret and 24.0mm at the 12th, and it feels comfortable without being overly thin. The setup is excellent, with action sitting just a little lower than factory spec. It plays essentially like new, intonation is spot on, and the frets and fretboard are both in excellent condition.

The electronics are completely original and everything passed inspection. The pickups sound great—full and clear with plenty of punch, but still articulate enough that individual notes stay separated when you dig in.

Condition is Excellent overall. The body, neck, backside, frets, fretboard, and nut are all in excellent shape, with no headstock or neck repairs, no finish checking or cracks, and no modifications. The tuners are smooth and hold tune properly. There is a light storage smell noted during inspection, but otherwise this one has been kept exceptionally clean.

Includes the factory Gibson gig bag along with the pictured complete case candy.

Like all my guitars, this one’s been cared for and dialed in—no guesswork, no surprises, just a great instrument that’s ready to play. I personally inspect and test every guitar before it ships, making sure it’s in the exact condition I’d want to receive myself. These guitars come from me, not a shop—each one gets the kind of attention and care only a real guitar lover gives. Ships fast and fully insured via Reverb Safe Shipping.

⏳ Quick note: These guitars don’t usually sit. Most are purchased within 3–7 days, and I regularly hear from watchers after the listing has already sold. If this one’s on your radar, now’s the window!
