Some Studios are great players. Some are sleeper values. And then every once in a while, one comes along that just feels different.

This 2015 Gibson Les Paul Studio in Manhattan Midnight is one of those.

The finish alone sets it apart. Manhattan Midnight is deep, dark, and moody — almost black at a glance, but when the light hits it, that rich midnight blue comes alive. And this one has a lightly figured top. That subtle flame underneath the gloss gives it dimension and movement you rarely see on a Studio. It’s understated but undeniably sexy.

Condition is excellent. There are just a few small scuffs along the side edge (pictured), but otherwise it’s been very well kept and retains a super glossy shine. It presents beautifully in person.

This is part of Gibson’s 100th Anniversary lineup, which makes it a unique year in Les Paul history. You get the Les Paul 100 signature on the headstock, the upgraded appointments from that era, and the distinctive gold anniversary hard shell case.

It’s also equipped with the G-Force automatic tuning system. Whether someone loves it for convenience or just for the tech factor, it’s undeniably cool. Push a button and it tunes itself — fast, accurate, and surprisingly fun to use. The charger and all related paperwork are included.

Specs and highlights:

– Rosewood fretboard

– 100th Anniversary “Les Paul 100” headstock script

– G-Force automatic tuners (charger included)

– Specialty 100th Anniversary gold hard shell case

– All original case candy and paperwork

- Weight: 8.3 pounds on my scale

Tonally, it delivers that classic Les Paul punch — strong mids, tight low end, and singing sustain. The pickups have clarity and bite without being harsh. It responds beautifully to volume changes and really opens up when pushed. It feels alive in the hands.

It recently received a professional setup and plays extremely well. Low action, smooth bends, and solid intonation across the board. This is one of those guitars that just feels ready — no fighting it, no adjustments needed.

This is easily one of the coolest Studios to come through here. The figured top, Manhattan Midnight finish, anniversary details, and G-Force system make it stand out in a sea of more standard Studio models.

Like all my guitars, this one’s been cared for and dialed in—no guesswork, no surprises, just a great instrument that’s ready to play. I personally inspect and test every guitar before it ships, making sure it’s in the exact condition I’d want to receive myself. These guitars come from me, not a shop—each one gets the kind of attention and care only a real guitar lover gives. Ships fast and insured.

⏳ Quick note

These guitars don’t usually sit. Most are purchased within 3–7 days, and I regularly hear from watchers after the listing has already sold. If this one’s on your radar, now’s the window!
