This 2019 Gibson Les Paul Modern in Graphite is one of those finishes that doesn’t fully show itself until it’s in your hands. In photos it looks sleek and understated, but in person that metallic flake comes alive—subtle, but constantly shifting depending on the light. It’s got that darker, more aggressive look that pairs perfectly with the stripped-down, no-nonsense feel of this one.
And that’s really what sets this guitar apart—this one’s been leaned into as a player’s piece. The push-pull wiring has been removed and it’s been rewired into a more traditional Les Paul layout, which honestly just feels right here. Paired with a Burstbucker Pro in the neck and a 500T in the bridge, it absolutely rips. You get warm, articulate cleans up top, and when you hit the bridge pickup, it’s tight, aggressive, and unapologetically powerful. This is a plug-in-and-go kind of guitar—no fluff, just tone.
The Modern series is all about comfort, and you feel it immediately. The asymmetrical SlimTaper neck is fast without feeling thin, and the compound radius ebony board makes everything—from chords to bends—feel effortless. Add in the weight relief and contoured heel, and it’s one of those Les Pauls you can actually play for hours without thinking about it.
Condition-wise, it’s in excellent shape overall. There are some minor finish scratches from normal play, a small scuff on the back of the neck (you barely notice it and it doesn’t affect playability), and some light marking on the headstock from string contact. Nothing out of the ordinary—just honest signs of a guitar that’s been played and enjoyed the way it should be.
What stood out to me:
- That Graphite finish—super clean at first glance, but really comes alive in the light
- The pickup combo—Burstbucker Pro neck + 500T bridge is a killer, high-output pairing
- The simplified wiring—traditional layout that just feels more direct and responsive
- The neck feel—fast, comfortable, and easy to get lost on for hours
It comes with the original hardshell case, pickguard, and prepack checklist.
Like all my guitars, this one’s been cared for and dialed in—no guesswork, no surprises, just a great instrument that’s ready to play. I personally inspect and test every guitar before it ships, making sure it’s in the exact condition I’d want to receive myself. These guitars come from me, not a shop—each one gets the kind of attention and care only a real guitar lover gives. Ships fast and insured.
⏳ Quick note
These guitars don’t usually sit. Most are purchased within 1–5 days, and I regularly hear from watchers after the listing has already sold. If this one’s on your radar, now’s the window!
I bought this guitar, inspected it, photographed it, dialed it in, and I'll be the one packing it. If something isn't right when it arrives, you're not filing a ticket — you're emailing the person who put it in the box.
Same guitar, same packing, same insurance, same 3-day return window you'd get anywhere else I list it. It just costs less here, because there's no platform fee in the price.
Questions before you buy? Ask me anything — more photos, a specific measurement, or anything the listing doesn't cover.
