This 2025 Gibson ES-330 in Sixties Cherry is one of those guitars that just feels alive the second you pick it up. The ES-330 has always had its own magic compared to the ES-335 family — fully hollow, incredibly resonant, lightweight in feel, and loaded with P-90 character. It has that airy, open, almost vocal response that makes every note feel more connected to the guitar itself.
The finish on this one is absolutely beautiful. The Sixties Cherry has a deep, rich red color that really pops against the black pickguard, black P-90 covers, cream binding, and chrome hardware. It has that classic Gibson semi-hollow look, but with a little more attitude thanks to the darker hardware contrast and full hollowbody construction. In person, the cherry finish has a really strong vintage-inspired presence without looking worn or tired.
What makes the ES-330 special is the way it responds acoustically before you even plug it in. Because it is fully hollow, the guitar has a very lively natural resonance. You feel it against your body when you play, and that translates directly into the plugged-in tone. It has a woody, open character that is different from a center-block ES-335. There is more air around the notes, more bloom, and a really expressive feel under the hands.
The original P-90 pickups sound fantastic in this guitar. They have that perfect mix of clarity, bite, warmth, and grit. Clean tones have a beautiful chime and openness, while pushed tones get raw, vocal, and dynamic in a way that humbuckers just do not quite do. It is the kind of guitar that reacts heavily to your hands, your pick attack, and the volume controls.
Playability is excellent. It has a recent setup, new strings, spot-on intonation, comfortable action, and like-new frets. The neck feels smooth and easy, and the guitar has really strong resonance across the body. It is the kind of instrument that makes you want to keep playing just because it feels so responsive.
Condition is excellent and very close to like-new overall. There is very little to no visible play wear, hardly even a finish scratch, and the chrome hardware looks extremely clean. The guitar presents beautifully and has clearly been very well cared for.
Included with the guitar is the original Gibson hard shell case along with the complete case candy shown.

⏳ Quick note
These guitars don’t usually sit. Most are purchased within 1–5 days, and I regularly hear from watchers after the listing has already sold. If this one’s on your radar, now’s the window.
I bought this guitar, inspected it, photographed it, dialed it in, and I'll be the one packing it. If something isn't right when it arrives, you're not filing a ticket — you're emailing the person who put it in the box.
Same guitar, same packing, same insurance, same 3-day return window you'd get anywhere else I list it. It just costs less here, because there's no platform fee in the price.
Questions before you buy? Ask me anything — more photos, a specific measurement, or anything the listing doesn't cover.
