There’s something about a proper Blackguard that just hits different. The moment you pick this up, it feels like you’re holding a piece of early electric guitar history — but built with modern precision.

This is a Fender Vintera II ‘50s Nocaster in Blackguard Blonde, and the transparent finish is absolutely stunning. That slightly creamy blonde lets the wood grain breathe underneath, just like the originals. Under the right light, it has that vintage glow that makes you stop and stare for a second.

The neck is where this guitar really makes its statement. It’s got that thick ‘50s U shape — substantial in the hand, confidence-inspiring, and incredibly comfortable. It fills your palm in a way that makes you feel locked in. It’s not a skinny modern carve — this is a proper handful, and it makes aggressive bends, fast runs, and heavy rhythm work feel solid and controlled. Surprisingly, it handles shredding with ease while still keeping that vintage vibe intact.

Plugged in, this thing is pure snap and authority. The vintage-voiced single coils deliver that unmistakable Nocaster bite — tight low end, woody mids, and that cutting top end that sits perfectly in a mix. Roll the tone back and it fattens up beautifully. Wide open, it twangs and snarls exactly how a blackguard should.

Condition-wise, it’s in excellent shape. There are just a couple of very small finish dings on the front that are difficult to spot unless you’re really looking for them. Nothing distracting, nothing through the wood — just honest, minor cosmetic marks. Otherwise, it presents incredibly clean.

It comes with the Fender gig bag shown.

This is one of those guitars that bridges eras — vintage feel, modern reliability, and that classic aesthetic that never goes out of style. If you’ve been curious about the chunky neck blackguard experience without jumping into Custom Shop pricing, this is a seriously compelling piece.

Like all my guitars, this one’s been cared for and dialed in—no guesswork, no surprises, just a great instrument that’s ready to play. I personally inspect and test every guitar before it ships, making sure it’s in the exact condition I’d want to receive myself. These guitars come from me, not a shop—each one gets the kind of attention and care only a real guitar lover gives. Ships fast and insured.

⏳ Quick note

These guitars don’t usually sit. Most are purchased within 3–7 days, and I regularly hear from watchers after the listing has already sold. If this one’s on your radar, now’s the window!
