This 1985 Fender American Stratocaster is something special. The finish is absolutely stunning—every time I look at it, I’m blown away by the shine and depth of the color. It’s in near mint condition, with all original parts, and has clearly been cared for over the years.
This is one of the last models to feature the classic input jack and knob configuration, making it a true piece of Fender history. The tone? It’s everything you’d want from a Strat—rich, dynamic, and endlessly versatile. The craftsmanship from this era is incredible, and you can feel it in every note you play.
I’ve kept this guitar in a humidity-controlled, UV-protected display case, so it’s in excellent shape for its age. It even includes the rare, original tremolo bar specific to this model, as well as a Fender gig bag for safe shipping.
If you’re looking for a guitar that combines history, beauty, and killer tone, this is it. Feel free to reach out with any questions or if you want more details—this one is truly special.
I bought this guitar, inspected it, photographed it, dialed it in, and I'll be the one packing it. If something isn't right when it arrives, you're not filing a ticket — you're emailing the person who put it in the box.
Same guitar, same packing, same insurance, same 3-day return window you'd get anywhere else I list it. It just costs less here, because there's no platform fee in the price.
Questions before you buy? Ask me anything — more photos, a specific measurement, or anything the listing doesn't cover.
