This Classic Player Triple Telecaster is hands-down one of the most versatile Telecasters Fender has ever put out—and after owning it, I completely understand why these have such a cult following.

At first glance, it looks like a classic black Tele, but plug it in and you realize this thing is a different animal. The three Custom Shop–designed single-coil pickups open up a massive range of tones that go far beyond traditional Tele territory. Thanks to the 5-way blade switch, you get everything from classic Tele snap and bite, to Strat-like in-between quack, to fuller, rounder sounds that work beautifully for blues, funk, indie, and modern rock. It’s one of those guitars where every switch position is genuinely usable.

The neck feels fantastic—comfortable, fast, and familiar right away. It balances beautifully on a strap, resonates loudly unplugged, and feels incredibly responsive in your hands. If you’re someone who loves the Tele shape but wants more tonal flexibility without pedals doing all the work, this guitar absolutely delivers.

Condition-wise, this one is like new. The plastic is still on the pickguard, the finish is clean and glossy, and there are no notable flaws to speak of. It’s been clearly well cared for and lightly played at most.
