I’ve handled quite a few Les Paul Customs over the years, and this particular one immediately stood out. The Silverburst finish is just done right—deep, smooth fade from black into that metallic silver center, with a subtle glow that shifts depending on the light. It’s one of those guitars that looks even better in person than it does in photos.
This is from Epiphone’s newer “Inspired by Gibson” Custom lineup, and they really nailed the feel on these. You’ve got a mahogany body with a maple cap, giving it that classic Les Paul weight and sustain, but still keeping clarity and definition. The ebony fretboard is a big upgrade—slick, fast, and adds a bit of snap to the attack—and the SlimTaper neck makes it super comfortable whether you’re playing rhythm or lead.
It’s loaded with ProBucker 2 (neck) and ProBucker 3 (bridge) pickups, Epiphone’s take on vintage PAFs. The neck stays warm and smooth without getting muddy, while the bridge has a clean bite that cuts through without being harsh. It’s a really versatile setup—great cleans, and it takes gain well without losing articulation.
Visually, it has that full Custom vibe—multi-ply binding, block inlays, and a clean nickel/chrome hardware look that pairs really well with the Silverburst finish. It gives it a slightly more modern, understated feel compared to the traditional gold hardware Customs.
Condition-wise, it’s extremely clean overall—frets, neck, and body are in excellent shape and it plays great with a proper setup. The only thing to note is a small impact near the output jack from shipping. It appears to be finish-level and not into the wood, and it has zero effect on playability or structure.
What stood out to me
The Silverburst finish—really well done fade with great depth in person
ProBucker 2 & 3 pickups—balanced, dynamic, and very usable across styles
Ebony fretboard—smooth feel with added clarity and snap
SlimTaper neck—comfortable and easy to move around on
Nickel/chrome hardware—clean look that complements the finish well
Very clean condition overall with only a minor cosmetic ding near the jack
Professionally setup and playing exactly how it should
Like all my guitars, this one’s been cared for and dialed in—no guesswork, no surprises, just a great instrument that’s ready to play. I personally inspect and test every guitar before it ships, making sure it’s in the exact condition I’d want to receive myself. These guitars come from me, not a shop—each one gets the kind of attention and care only a real guitar lover gives. Ships fast and insured.
⏳ Quick note
These guitars don’t usually sit. Most are purchased within 1–5 days, and I regularly hear from watchers after the listing has already sold. If this one’s on your radar, now’s the window!
I bought this guitar, inspected it, photographed it, dialed it in, and I'll be the one packing it. If something isn't right when it arrives, you're not filing a ticket — you're emailing the person who put it in the box.
Same guitar, same packing, same insurance, same 3-day return window you'd get anywhere else I list it. It just costs less here, because there's no platform fee in the price.
Questions before you buy? Ask me anything — more photos, a specific measurement, or anything the listing doesn't cover.
