There’s something undeniably commanding about this Björn Gelotte Signature Custom—the kind of guitar that looks heavy before you even plug it in. The gloss-black finish, gold hardware, and block inlays give it that unmistakable “stage silhouette,” but the real magic is how seriously this thing is built. These weren’t your typical Epiphone runs—this was a collaboration meant to bring Björn’s actual spec into the hands of players, and it shows in every detail.

This one is in excellent, near-unplayed condition, with just a small scuff on the side (pictured) keeping it from being listed as mint. Everything else is spotless: the top is glassy, the binding is sharp, the ebony board is clean and dark, and the gold hardware still glows with some light typical patina.

The mahogany body and neck give it the classic Les Paul weight and warmth, while the ebony fingerboard and ’59-rounded D profile make it feel both familiar and purpose-built. It’s one of those necks that lets you dig in without thinking—exactly what this model was designed for.

And then there’s the sound. The active EMGs (81 bridge / 85 neck) turn this guitar into a straight-up weapon. The 81 snaps and slices with that tight, surgical attack, and the 85 fattens up leads with a warm, almost vocal quality. High-gain riffs hit with authority, clean tones have surprising clarity, and palm mutes feel like dropping cinder blocks. It’s a loud, sustaining, unapologetically powerful guitar.

It comes with the original hardshell case, the Björn-branded case art, the COA, and all the original case candy—exactly the way it left the factory.

Like all my guitars, this one’s been cared for and dialed in—no guesswork, no surprises, just a great instrument that’s ready to play. I personally inspect and test every guitar before it ships, making sure it’s in the exact condition I’d want to receive myself. These guitars come from me, not a shop—each one gets the kind of attention and care only a real guitar lover gives. Ships fast and fully insured
