Here’s a killer Epiphone ’58 Korina Explorer that’s been tastefully modded into a tone monster and player’s dream.
This one started life in an ebony finish, but the original owner stripped it down to bare wood and gave it a natural refinish — now it rocks that raw, classic Korina vibe. The refinish isn’t perfect and has some visible orange peel, but it gives it a cool relic/player-grade aesthetic. Definitely not a case queen — but that’s not the point here.
