This 2021 Epiphone ‘61 Les Paul SG Standard in Aged Classic White is the real deal—about as close as you’re going to get to vintage SG tone and feel without dropping Custom Shop money. Built in partnership with the Gibson Custom Shop, this model goes way beyond your standard Epiphone fare.
It’s got the classic double-cut mahogany body with all the right bevels, a long pickguard, and that fast SlimTaper neck that just begs to be played. The finish is stunning in person, with just a touch of vintage vibe, and the guitar is in fantastic condition aside from some light pickguard scuffs—nothing unexpected.
What really makes this one stand out is the electronics. It’s loaded with Gibson USA Burstbucker ’61 pickups wired to CTS pots, Mallory caps, and Switchcraft hardware. So yeah—it sounds every bit as good as it looks. It’s articulate, punchy, and warm in all the right ways. Honestly, it’s hard to put down once you plug it in.
Comes with the original brown Epiphone hard case lined in pink plush that looks just as sharp as the guitar itself. Whether you’re a stage player or just someone who appreciates a well-made SG, this one checks every box.
